Appinion BD Limited is looking for a Software Business Analyst<\/strong> to join its versatile and dynamic development team in order to take an active part in the current and ongoing project(s).<\/div>\n

Job Nature:<\/strong> Full time; 40 hours per week, (5 days\/week)<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Job Location<\/strong>: Gulshan-1, Dhaka<\/div>\n

Job Responsibility\/Description:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
1. Strong analytical ability to interact with clients while conducting requirements gathering, analysis and solution prototyping.<\/div>\n
2. Work directly with other team members and the client to schedule and plan meetings to allow for planning and updates throughout the course of a project.<\/div>\n
3. Need to create and maintain reports that allow the company to get information on daily activities.<\/div>\n
4. Communicate with different internal software support teams regarding all support related issues from stakeholders.<\/div>\n
5. Preparation and managing of documents e.g. BRD, SRS, RTM, CR, Case studies, user manuals, etc.<\/div>\n
6. Maintaining and updating requirements documentation as needed throughout the software development life cycle.<\/div>\n
7. Serving as a Liaison between the customer community and the software development team to gather and communicate requirements.<\/div>\n
8. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.<\/div>\n
9. Knowledge of coding standards, scalable architecture, and best practices.<\/div>\n
10. Strong understanding of user experience principles and UI design patterns.<\/div>\n
11. Good in SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data-driven decision making<\/div>\n

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. B.Sc.<\/span> in CS\/CSE\/CSSE\/SE\/IT from any reputed University of Bangladesh.<\/div>\n
2. Minimum One (02) year of proven experience in relevant areas such as Business System Analysis, Technical Project Coordination<\/div>\n
3. Must be excellent in communication and presentation skills.<\/div>\n
4. Clear understating in Software Development Life Cycle.<\/div>\n
5. Ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet deadlines.<\/div>\n
6. Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environment(Any Certification will be plus)<\/div>\n
